What we’ve read in Book Club
In the Intuitive Eating for Christian Women podcast’s Membership Program, we’ve been reading books together as a community since the summer of 2022 when we started our Book Club.
If you’re looking for a good book that will speak into your faith-based intuitive eating journey, this list of what we’ve read in Book Club so far would be a great place to start!
If you want to participate in future Book Clubs, we’d love to have you join our Membership Program!
We read a book every other month and get together for a Book Club virtual meeting on Zoom – many of which have included the author joining us for a Q&A.
Our Members have access to the Membership Archives, so you can still enjoy the recordings of past Book Clubs if you missed it live.

Grace Food and Everything In Between
What better way to begin our Book Club series than by talking with our friend and past podcast guest Aubrey Golbek MS RDN about her book “Grace Food and Everything In Between: Discover the transforming power of grace to set you free from food and body shame.”
This was the first faith-based intuitive eating book either Erin or Char-Lee ever read, and it was instrumental in both of our personal journeys to healing and our ministry journeys!

Our special guest Kassandra Baker joined us to discuss an incredible book called The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry by John Mark Comer.
