Meet Alyssa Pike
Alyssa is an intuitive eating and eating disorder recovery registered dietitian with a non-diet, weight-neutral private practice. That means she’s not a fan of diets or measuring your worth or health by how much you weigh, how many miles you ran or how little calories you ate. More importantly, she’s a wife, daughter, and follower of Jesus.
She runs the Gratefully Nourished blog and instagram, where she shares faith-based messages to help people cultivate a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. She’s most passionate about working alongside people who want to heal from eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic dieting.
