Wow!!!!! I feel like this episode has dramatically shifted my viewpoint for the good in a problem area. I have been thinking in order to do IE “right” I’ve got to get to a place where I am sooooo in love with my body. How amazing to hear the concept that extreme love and extreme hate are not where we want to be but neutrality. Respect rather than love. Gratitude rather than pride. Our bodies are gifts to be grateful for…not objects to become a slave to. I can’t say thank you enough.
Oh Teri you are so welcome and thank YOU for sharing this! Understanding this nuance transformed my thinking and journey, too! We are so happy to pass along what the Lord teaches us! XO Erin
