Food Freedom Bible Study
Ready to be healed with your struggles with food and dieting? Our friends at Body BLoved are faith-based Registered Dietitians and they have created a 3 week online Bible Study to help you find food freedom.
There are three video teachings along with workbooks which will help you redirect your heart toward truth and lead you through scripture and three main principles.
The curriculum goes through three main principles:
- Module one “Be Diet Free” is where they discuss the harms of the diet culture we live in and build awareness of how a well-meaning diet or positive lifestyle change can easily take an unintended twist and lead us down a dark path of body loathing. In the name of improving our health, we can easily become distracted from God’s purpose for our lives.
- Module two “Be a non-dieter” is where they will answer the age-old question you probably have “Well, if dieting isn’t the answer, then what am I supposed to eat?”
- Module three “Be Loved” is where they will spend time soaking in the truth that you are loved so very much by our incredibly loving God. Truly believing you are loved changes everything. When you believe you are loved, and you believe you are worthy of love, you may find that you WANT to take care of the amazing vessel that is your body.
